Shir’Mel McCullough is a Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Family Nurse Pracitioner)
I am a native of Andrews, South Carolina. I was born on December 29, 1996 (Capricorn) and blessed to be the daughter of Shirley Mae Collins and the late Melvin Darby McCullough III.
I graduated from Sampit Elementary Schoolin June of 2008 and finished off my middle and high school years at Waccamaw Middle and Waccamaw High schools where I received my high school diploma in June of 2015.
In December of 2018, I graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Nursing where I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree.
In May of 2023, I graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Nursing where I received my Master’s of Science in Nursing degree (Family Nurse Practitioner).
